Very knowledgeable, extremely professional

We ordered our ht 3000 last month on the 24th after the abysmal yrc trucking finally delivered it we had most of the internal insulation, ceramic baffle, 3 fire bricks totally destroyed and smashed all over the firebox which really upset me, I immediately took all photos for the proof so I call this company really ticked off and the gentleman who answered the phone personally knew the stove very well even giving me missing info I had and he straightened it out said email us with appropriate photos and we will take care of the issues no problem. Needless to say I was very happy and relieved this company is truly top notch and stands behind their own service and products as they should. I have zero reason to doubt they will follow through making all the damaged internals I received right which was my biggest concern ordering online. This will be the only company I will ever trust with such expensive and important orders.
