This stove is great for us. We got it last fall. It heats 1100 sq. feet (102 sq. meters) easily. The glass stays clean if you burn dry wood and maintain a flame properly. The opening in the bottom of the stove for the ash dump is to small to be very useful. We just shovel out the ashes every few days when the stove is in regular use. We have used it all winter with no issues.
