Heat Commander Owner

Our old furnace was purchased from a chain store (our first mistake) and did not make three seasons; the inner workings melted, cracked, or broke. It was supposed to be a high efficient EPA stove that self regulated draft and was thermostatically controlled. It was a complete failure. I have been completely blown away by the quality of the Heat Commander overall, how sturdy and well built it is, not to mention how extremely efficient, quiet, high tech but easy to understand. This stove requires less wood and less feed time, can heat the whole house on a good bed of coals and temperature regulates amazingly well. Additionally, the customer service has gone above and beyond. They were so helpful with the initial set up and installation and even reached out to me a few days ago to let me know there was a software update. This stove and customer support from SBI was worth every penny and has not only given my family and I a sense of peace but an easily heated home.
