Great product and great service. I bought the insert and a liner kit. The insert was on back order, so I requested that the liner be shipped separately so I could get it sooner and get it installed prior to the insert arriving. MFP accommodated and the insert shipped very quickly. Also the insert was supposed to be in stock on Dec. 25th, but it actually shipped on Dec. 13th, which was great! Customer service was always quick to respond to my questions, and the insert is just great. Super heavy, really good quality for the price. Burns great and puts off great heat. Glad to have a supplemental heating source for the winter. No complaints at all.
