I purchased the Drolet 1800 Escape insert from MFP and they have been great through the whole transaction process. Alain the tech/sales fellow there helped answer all my concerns and told me exactly what parts besides the insert would be needed for my needs. Ordering was easy, the insert came within two weeks along with the flex liner. The unit is just installed and running nicely. It will be a bit of a learning curve to run this unit effectively but so far it's working very well and throwing lots of heat. Thanks again MFP and Alain.
