Perfect shopping experience!

We recently purchased a Blackcomb II woodstove This is one of our best experiences replacing an appliance in a 30 year old home. We replaced my 30 year old worn out Recency wood stove with the Blackcomb Il. It arrived very quickly in perfect condition. I live on the north coast of California where we dont experience severe winters. Night time winter temperatures are usually in the low 40s (F) to high 30s. We are so very happy with the new woodstove. It is more than adequate to heat my two story 2400 square foot, open plan, 4 bedroom house. Two medium sized logs Often burn all night and there are coals in the morning. The new stove is slightly smaller than the old one but the heat output is so much more efficient. This wood stove puts out an amazing amount of heat with much less wood. The wood burns for much longer as well. We are very very pleased with the product as well as your helpful customer service. The price, even with an extra shipping charge to my remote location, was half the price of locally available wood stoves. All around quality such as this is a most welcome surprise.
